How do I add the project name in from of the task name on a workgroup
request? Also, somewhat similar, how can I add it on the Resource Usage form?

Jan,

Ok this worked with the Resource view when I had projects inserted. When I
did not have multiple projects it displayed the entire path of the project.

Now, how do I include it for the Collaboration process?

Sorry, I did not know the expression Workgoup request... I never used
Workgroup features thatis why this didn't ring a bell.
The problem with that is that I don't know.
Hello folks, can anybody pick this thread up?
Thanks on behalf of Mick..

Hi Mick,

It's been quite some time since I used the email workgroup features in
MS Project but give this a try.

The [Project] field is not one of the fields available in the Published
fields list but you may have success with inserting a custom text field
in the task view and setting the formula for the Text field to
[Project]. Then:

Tools > Customize > Published fields
from the list of fields, select the Text field.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
