This is my first post in this forum. I would like to ask an idea or suggestion from you guys.
I have created a request form to my colleague which is if they want something to be created, they will fill up the form and submit.
How to get an alert from the submission form in Microsoft Team, and at the same time, whoever Developer Team got the alert and they are available to do the requested task, they will click 'accept the task' and the task will assign to the acceptor.
Once the requested task is done, the acceptor will click 'done' or something like button and it will inform requester that the task that he/she request is done.
Is that possible to make all of this process done in Microsoft Team?
