Add Proposal Form - Workflow Section Missing

Hi,

I am trying to add a proposal through projec web access using Administrator
account. Problem is that, form does not display "Workflow Section". I have
checked the settings and found them favourable.

Can anyone please tell:
1. why Workflow Section is missing?
2. how to activate Workflow for site?

have you deployed Project Server with SharePoint Server (and not WSS v30?
