Mr. Ostrum
I work in an office that uses receptionist and a numbering system. Do to the
large number of clients it is hard for the clients to hear their number when
called. Thouseand of offices are this way.
Programs exist that allow speakers and microphones to be added to computers
for internet use. I think that a program should be developed where the
microphones and speakers could be used to allow receptionist or others to
make announcments such as calling numbers or other public broadcasts. A
switch on the microphone should be added so that no one can hear what is
being said to the client.
This could also be used when presentations are made.
