Add Public Folder to Outlook 2003 Folder List!

Hello,

I have created a Public Folder in Exchange 2003 for Calendar purposes.
Now I want that folder shown in the Outlook 2003 Folder List by default?!
Is it also possible to open Outlook 2003 showing the public agenda by
default?
