Add RSS web part to PWA

We want to add an RSS feed to our PWA installation.
We have MOSS installed in the organisation so I thought the simplest
way would be to export the RSS Viewer from MOSS and install into
PWA......but it doesnt work.
When I try to add RSS viewer as a web part to a PWA page I get:

I export as "RSS Viewer.Webpart" file.....but when I got to import
that file I get:

Unable to add selected web part(s). Cannot import this Web Part.

Does the web part need to be in .dwp format? If so, how to I exprt it
in that format? I have imported the Smiling Goat RSS feeder web part
without problems but wanted to use the Microsoft one for consisency
between environments......any ideas why I cant import it.
