Add send-to options?

I'd like to do things with an office document I'm working on other than the
options on the File->Send To menu. For example, copy to an existing email
message (instead of a new one) or to a network drive. Can options be added
to the Office Send-to menu like they can be added to the Windows Send-To
menu? A Send To Clipboard option would be perfect if it could be added.

Alternately, is there any way to open an Explorer window (of the folder
containing the current Office document) from the Office application?
