Sue!
Sorry my english, not my natural language... I posted the question in
a programming group because I assumed it to be solved by macro
programming. I didn´t know there already were an option in Outlook
with rightclick and a menue. In the swedish version of Outlook Help it
was little hidden. No hits by the most obvious search words...

It was not my intention to be ungrateful. Used wrong words. I am very
interested in tasks that can be automated with programming. For
example I have managed to reduce a customers task from 2-3 days of
manually work to 40 seconds+20 minutes adjustment with some
Word-macros. And he spare a lot of time when he uses the macro again
and again .. in 50-100 and more projects. Though, in my mailcase I
have not so many incomming recipients that I need programming and
having them automated saved in Address Book. I found the
rightclick-trick will do the job...

But I have other thoughts of projects that I think only can be done by
programming Outlook. Outlook programming seems to me be little
different than in other Office programs. Our bookstores here has
nothing on the subject. And the skillbooks I used for MOUS didn´t
touch the subject. So I will look for Your book. And in these groups.
Got a lot of help by reading answers from MVPs.
