Add Shape Categories

In the Shapes selection box, I have Arrows, Backgrounds, Borders and Titles,
and Workflow Diagram Shapes and that's it. How do I get the rest?

From the starting of the program you can choose which types of shapes and
things you want to be displayed with your project. You choose them by
clicking on them. At least in Visio 2003 you can!
