Add shapes to a treeview

Hello,
does anyone know if it's possible to add shapes to a treeview and retain the
same functionality (including drag and drop) as the visio stencils? Just to
give an example: I would like to be able to add every created shapes to a
treeview control as well as be able to drag and drop these shapes from the
treeview onto the visio canvas.

I'm sorry I felt like I was a little vague in my first post. I am able to add
the shapes without a problem to the treeview control, what I haven't been
able to do thus far is on drag over the visio canvas to display the "shape"
of the shape that was added to the treeview control.

Regardless of the form of shape that was added to the treeview when dragging
over the visio control, all I see is a transparent rectangle (what I would
like to do is display the form of the shape just like visio does it when
dragging from the stencils).
