Add sharepoint Site Collection to Trusted locations?

We've been running WSS 3.0 for some time and recently upgraded to Office
2007. Anticipating issues with Macro Security for some commonly used Excel
spreadsheets stored in document libraries on our SharePoint intranet, I
configured Trusted Locations
using the Office 2007 adm templates for Group Policy. It was simple work to
add an entry for http://ourintranet and mark the checkbox to allow
subfolders. Problem is it doesn't work. When I check the Trusted Locations
on the client computers, it's clear that the Trusted Location policy is
being recieved and applied by the client - it's in the list of Trusted
Locations. But when they open an Excel file
with macros from our SharePoint intranet, they're still told macros have
been disabled.

Clearly, it's not recognizing the document library as a Trusted Location,
even though it's located under the http://ourintranet heirarchy. Has anyone
else configured Trusted Locations in Office 2007 to allow an entire
SharePoint site collection to be trusted? Do I need to configure Trusted
Locations for every Site within a Site Collection? Do I need to configure
Trusted Locations for every single document library??

Any experience/help appreciated.

(I'm not sure if this belongs in the Sharepoint groups or here - the problem
seems to belong equally to both worlds. But SharePoint is technically part
of the Office family now anyway.) :)
