Add special symbols in find and replace dialogue box

I am not able to find how to enter special symbols such as en-dash in find
and replace dialogue in Publisher 2003.

Thanks for any help you can give.

The default with Publisher is to replace the en dash when you type the hyphen
twice with the em dash.

Tools, AutoCorrect, AutoFormat As You Type.


Or Insert, Symbols, Special Characters tab...

Insert the em dash in your text box, copy/paste into the Replace with.

To be truthful, I'm not sure what you are asking, I hope this helps.
