add time

How can I have the function to add time from each cell
(like employee works 4:30-9:30) and add each cell like
that? I really need help ASAP for work.

Hi

In-time in A1, Out-time in B1. Formula for duration:
=B1-A1+(B1<A1)

The last part in parentheses deals with "past midnight" problems, like 20:00 to 02:00.
