Add to Favorites is not working in Outlook 2003

As the title says, I have Outlook 2003 in an Exchange environment. There is a
"contacts" public folder that I need to use all the time so have always been
able to right click and select "Add to Favorites". It then puts that folder
in the "other contacts" section.

This particular folder has been in there for a while and then all of a
sudden it disappeared. I have tried to add it back to the "other contacts" by
selecting the "add to favorites" but it just refuses to put it in.

I have tried the Detect and Repairs but no success..

Any ideas anyone?
