Add to Form Lookup of other Records

I need to add linked record information on a form that displays other
relivante forms. I have a Database that has many locations, I want to list
for each record the recorsds that coraspond with each other. Excample all the
Seatle locations on each one of the locations in Seattle displays the the
name of all the other Seattle locations?
