add # to password to reset

Is there a way to password a control so that it starts with a certain number.

Then it increments by a number say 5... based on what is saved in the
password table each time it is used. (I thought I read it somewhere but can't
find it anywhere)

I have a button allowing entry to a form to add products.
Some time I may need to give them permission to add data over the phone.
HOWEVER, once I give the person the password to use the
button then they will have the password and whenever they want will add
data. But if the password had a reset so to speak to add 5 or that
a number in the middle of the password changed to the next number
they won't know and if they try to use the old password it won't work
and after a few times they will just call me for the password (which of
course I'd have to keep track of) It is only on one form so I am trying to
to avoid all the user security etc. which really won't solve the problem
anyway. And yes they could go into the BE and add stuff but they don't know
how to do that.

If push comes to shove I could reset it whenever I sync with them I guess.
