Add two expressions ?

Hello!

I do have this, which works just fine:

c4=COUNTIF(Sheet1!S2:S300;"Yes")

But I would like to increase the formula with also this:

(Sheet1!A2:A300;"Sweden")

So, how do I use both of them please? (&&, AND or something simula
maybe?)
