add users to Sever

Hi,

I work with server 2007.
1. I would like to add all the resource / users on one time.
I know that there is an option to do it by using the outlook.
Can someone advise for instructions?

2. I already have many resource in the sever. I would like to delete
ALL the resource. I am an administrator. hoe can I delete it at one
time? (then i'll add all the users / resource from the outlook and
have a better and more organized list)

You do not use Outlook, but instead Active Directory sync.

First, create AD groups for each of the Project Server groups, such as
Administrators, PM's, Executives, etc.

Next, open PS 2007. Click on Server Settings, then Manage Groups. Click on
the group you wish to sync, then Find Group, and select the appropriate AD
group for each PS 2007 group. Click Save.

Click on Active Directory Sync Options, then choose a time and frequency to
sync. Click on Save and Sync, and your users will be populated.

Click on server settings, Delete Enterprise Objects. Choose Resources and
users. You can delete them all at once or one by one.
