added a front-end webserver, how to get the site there?

I installed a server with project application on it. I've now added a
web front end. It's running all the services it's supposed to. What
I'm wondering now is how do I get my first project website available
on there?

You have to create a Project Web Access Sites from your SSP.

SSP Home Page --> Project Server --> Project Web Access Sites

Yes. Well I do have a single site but at the moment that's only
available on the first server.
