Recommend you take a tutorial in FP or read one of the good books out there
From the Menu
Make sure View Folder List is selected (the list of files in your web on the left)
and then select View Navigation
Then drag a file from the Folder List to the Nav View (it will attach to the home page)
- add you other pages the same way
Then use Format Shared Borders (all Pages) and enable the Top & Left (w/ the navigation options)
If that is too complex for you try one of the prebuilt webs using File New Web/Site and select the Personal Web Templates
