AddFromOutlook

I was using the button with the code AddFromOutlook from the nortwind
database as was working great, then all of a suden stoped, not sure if I
changed something to make it stop. When I say it stoped, I mean that when I
click the button, nothing happens not an error or anything. Any thought and
or comments would be great!
