You may want to use the link below to post this in the Visual Stuido Tools for MS Office newsgroup and describe in more detail what
your add-in does, how you're loading it and a description of the problem/errors, etc.
You may also want to include the MS Excel newsgroup when posting.

I have developed a shared addin for Excel with VS 2005. I loads fine in Excel
2003 with service pack 2 but fails to load in Excel 2002 with service pack 3.
CAn anyone help? >>
