Addin name goes here - in Add-In List??

Strange behaviour!
Under Tools, Add-Ins
the list is now appearing as

First (top) item on list is:
Save as text.... (this is the Add-In Manager)

All other subsequent items in the list are all the same:
Add-in name goes here (literal text)
Add-in name goes here
Add-in name goes here
Add-in name goes here
Add-in name goes here
etc etc

Has anyone experienced this, and is there a fix other than a reinstall of
Access?
I'd like to know what caused it!
I have tried reinstalling just the Wizards components but to no avail.
