Adding a New Contact

When I add a new contact to Outlook, it automatically puts the name in with
the email address and then it adds the name again with just the fax number.
There has to be a button I am missing to only add one time with all the info.

Hi,
When you open your Contacts Folder in the Folder View it contains
all the Information for your Contact , incl. E-Mail and Fax Number.
Opening it with the "TO" Button displays the Contact seperately for the Fax
and for the E-mail to let the system enter the right address.(or Fax Nr.)
