Adding a new record on pages.

I am new to access so this is most probably simple. I am using Access XP, I
have created a Table and then go to pages and create an htm page with a
submit button. It all works fine I click on Submit it records the entered
information and clears the screen. But if I close it and reopen it has the
last entered information so I have to press submit before I enter any new
information or it will writ over the last enter. How can I get it to start at
up blank with data in the table?
