Adding a pop-up text box in Word?? Is it possible?

I would like to add a "button" in a Word document. When I click on the
button, I would like a text box (or pop-up box) to appear. I'm not looking
for a hyperlink to another document.

For example, I would like to name a button "position description." When one
clicks on the button, the position description info would appear in a small
text box. Is this possible?

There are several options:

1) Lock your template and have a checkbox or textbox call up a Word UserForm
2) Try Insert-> Comment
