Adding additional pages that open in single window

I've created a website using Frontpage. The problem I am having is that the
additional pages I've created outside the Index.htm open a new browser window
instead of changing the page in the existing browser window. How do I fix
this?

Look at your target value for each hyperlinks, should be set to Page Default (none) or Whole Page
and checkbox for Set as Page Default is unchecked.
