Adding an Access Database to FP2003

I am trying to add an Access database to a site I have on Brinkster. I have
tried to use "Insert/Database/Dataview", but I get a SharePoint Services
Message. I have checked the Task Pane and the "Data Source Catalog" is
gray'd out.

This was very helpful in getting the database into the PF IDE, thank you.
However I cannot get the site to publish. When I publish in FP it hangs with
an error saying it can't find port 80 on the Brinkster server. I okay that
and then after while it says "Web <Web Root> is busy". Any ideas on that
problem. Brinkster didn't have a clue.

Yes I have. The site is forensicscheduler.com. I was using a Thompson
advanced manual to lean new stuff and database in particular. I published
their database as a subsite on this one and it worked fine. I have deleted
the subsite and now want to create a page for software applicantion users to
enter data into the database. This will reduce the work load on the contest
manager. Small forensic contests can have over 100 entrants from just a few
schools.

Any tips you can give me would be appreciated. I have tried to use FTP to
the WebRoot folder but the Host won't let me do it for lack of permissions.
I have used FTP to load another site I do (no database - setfree2enjoy.com)
and that works fine. Could this be a Brinkster problem?

According to http://www.forensicscheduler.com/_vti_inf.html your site does not have the FP Server Extensions (or they are corrupt)
- contact your host
