Adding an openable .pdf file to a web site.

I am trying to add a .pdf report to my web site. I want users to be able to
open the report from the web site and can't get it to work. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thank you. I didn't realize Publisher wasn't adding the .pdf to the file
folder.
