adding another email address to office outlook

My wife gets her email thru optimum online. I get mine thru 2003 office
outlook.
How can I move hers into 2003 office outlook and cancel hers?

Outlook doesnt recieve/send mail, or even open, inless you have configured a
mail account.

outlook mail account
