Adding ASP Pages

Hi,
I am trying to use the "Automating the Project Proposal
Process" sample which involves adding custom pages to
Project Server aginst Project server 2003.
For some reasone it is not working, the qustion is does
2003 require special handling when adding custom ASP pages.
The sample URL is:
"http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?
url=/library/en-us/pdr/PDR_AutoProj_3350.asp"

I haven't played with this one yet, but you should keep in mind that the
example code is half-baked more often than not. You might want to ask your
question at microsoft.public.project.developer
