ADDING ATTACHMENTS

WHEN TRYING TO ADD ATTACHMENTS FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON THE HARD DRIVE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO THE SYSTEM FREEZES UP, WILL ONLY ATTACH INFORMATION THAT IS IN THE MY DOCUMENT FOLDER, WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

do you have mapped network drives? if so, remove the mapping.
