Adding AVIs to Powerpoint 2000 edition

Anyone ever run across this problem when adding an AVI to
a power point presentation:
I get the message " Video not available, cannot
find 'vids.mjpg' decompressor" ?

When you double-click on the object, the sound will play,
but no video.
