You can't. Outlook with BCM is included only with the Office Small
Business, Office Professional, and Office Ultimate suites. It is not
included in Office Basic, Office Home and Student, Office Standard, Office
Professional Plus, or Office Enterprise.

An alternative to what? To adding BCM? Beats me. I imagine there are
other contact managers avaiable, but I don't know of any myself. If you
wish to use BCM, the only alternative available is to purchase an Office
suite that contains it.
