You can using Jmail the free version should do the trick,
you will have to have asp enabled on your server

Well, we don't host our website. This won't work for me then, isn't it!

Check with your host and see if they offer any other type of forms handler
that would allow you to use CC or BCC. For example, many host offer some
type of ASP component, like CDONTS or CDOSYS that you could use to customize
your form.
