I want to add the baseline column in the timesheet view, adds sucessfully but when a user view's the weekly timesheet the baseline column is blank! even though the project has been baselined and can be viewed in Portfiolo Analyser???

Each project manager will need to open every project and do the following:

1. Click Tools - Customize - Published Fields
2. Add whatever Baseline field (Baseline Work?)you have inserted in the
Timesheet view and click OK
3. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments and click OK

Completing the above steps will "push" the values in the field to each
user's timesheet. Again, each project manager must do this for EVERY
project he/she is managing. Hope this helps.

I understand that your solution applies to the existing
projects. Is there someway an Admin can apply it globally
so that certain custom fields/codes appear in Timesheet
view in PWA for newer projects.

Also, if there someway the "Owner" field can appear in
the "Edit Project details" in PWA for the PMs and not just
the admin. I have seen that not all the custom project
fields appear when the PMs open the project

Thanks,

Each project manager must open every project and complete the steps I
detailed. Sorry if this creates extra work for your PM's, but this was a
decision that should have been made by your organization prior to
implementing Project Server. To spare your PM's some work on future
projects, the Project Server administrator should add the extra published
fields to each enterprise project template. Hope this helps.
