Adding contact to a existing distribution list when creating it

It would be great if I could add a new contact to different distribution list
that already exist in my Outlook when I create them, the same way we can add
users to a group in Windows Server when we create them. If I could see all
my distribution lists and choose wich ones I wan't to add my new contact to.

DL's support very few features, including this one. Most of us don't use
them for that reason.
If you used Categories instead, you could do what you want.
