I have a whole department that needs to add about 8 people as delegates.
These delegates are the department leads, and will need to be able to
forward messages posted to a public folder by the staff (and are
therefore required to be a delegate to forward on the behalf of the
staff). This was not a problem in Outlook 2000 but in Outlook 2003,
they are required to be a delegate. I don't want the whole department
to have to manually add these same 8 people as delegates. Is there a
way to accomplish this through the use of a vbscript using the windows
scripting host? I am working with a Windows 2000 environment. Any help
(maybe there's another way to get this working without creating
delegates?) would help a lot. Thanks.
