Adding Delete Junk Email Button

Hi,
I want to add the "empty junk email folder" button to my
toobar but I can't figure out how to do so. The only way
I can empty the junk folder is by right clicking the junk
email under the "All Mail Folders" at the left of the
screen. Any suggestions?

unless it's listed in tools, customize, you can't add it to the toolbar.
