Adding Dimension to OLAP Cube

MSP 2007 Server

We have a custom project level field for Project ID, formatted as a
number. We would like to measure time-phased actual work by this
field.

Have tried adding as a measure in the cube configuration utility, but
the measure is only added to the non-time phased cubes.

Any suggestions on how we could add this field as a dimension or a
measure to the MSP_Portfolio_Analyzer cube?
