Adding "Favorites" Menu to the "Save As' Dialogue Box (Word 2003)

When I use the "Save As" or "Open" windows in WORD 2003, there are
icons for "My Computer", "My Documents", "Desktop", "My Network
Places", and "My Recent Documents". Is there a way add an icon for "My
Favorites" there? It would be very helpful. I"Favorites" appears in
Windows Explorer dialogues and I was wondering why it does not appear
in the Word boxes. Thank you.

Hi George,

Favorites folders are usually a collection of shortcuts to documents rather than the actual documents. Folks would save documents
to the Favorites folder and then use a utility/powertoy to 'cleanup' the favorites and lose documents.

In File=>Open or File=>Save you can navigate to just about any folder on your computer and when you're there use Tools=>Add to 'My
Places' to have that item on your Places Bar in File Open/File Save.
