Adding Fields to Task Form

When viewing multiple Tasks you can customize your view to
see many different fields. How do you add these fields to
the individual task form that appears when creating a new
task?

You would need to open the form in design mode, customize
an additional form page, publish the form, and set it to
be both the default and the form used by existing items.
