If you added the original form using the Access built-in Switchboard
Manager, then use the Manager to add a new switchboard page.
If you created your own switchboard, using an unbound form with
command buttons, add another unbound form with command buttons, and
use a command button on the first form to open the second one.

to the Access Switchboard. Try the Access UI Builder. It hasFrom the sounds of it, you may want to look at alternatives
a more modern look and feel, free for non-commercial uses.
