Adding identical text to multiple user's signatures simultaneously

I am trying to add a text blurb to the signature of each of our 300 users at
once - it is the identical text for each, so I don't want to have to ask them
all to recreate if it is possible to do a one shot fix. Perhaps even with
some "add on" software.
Does anyone know of anything that can help with this?
