adding information in form view

When I add a new entry through my form the information is sent to and saved
in the appropriate tables but a new page for that entry is not created in the
forms. I started with 295 records added 5 and still only have 295 records in
my form... but my tables now have all 300 records. Information added to
existing records is being saved in the form record only the new entries are
getting lost.

"new page" on a form? What makes you think your form record source has only
295 records?

The recordset of a form contains only the records that were in the table at
the time the form was loaded. To get a current set of all records, do a
requery.
