I'm using MS Office Visio 2003 (Windows XP). Over the last 2 days when trying
to add new layers the Layer Properties window shows strange characters,
colors where there weren't any before, columns are checked that weren't and
so on. I cannot add any more layers.
I've heard some people say that perhaps Google Desktop may be causing
problems and unfortunately my company automatically installed it on all our
computers. I tried deleting it but it was put back on.
I created a brand new document this morning and things were going well until
I tried to add Layer #113. Is there a limit on how many layers there can be
in one document? The Visio file is very small (64 K).
We're going to try and uninstall/reinstall Visio to see if that helps. If
not, any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Of course, the
customer is coming in tomorrow.
