adding macrobutton into table

Anyone know how to add a macrobutton into a table? I've
never used this feature before and need it to kick off a
recorded macro.

It seems to work the same way here (Word 2000) as it does outside a table
(although it reacts a little slower). I just use ctrl-F9 then type
macrobutton macroname the text to display inside the {}
