Adding menu to a web page

Since Winxp does not support Java by native, is there any
other way to add navagation menu (pull down) using Front
page? or any other way, Can someone please tell me what
to do and how to do?

It is possible in FP3 but very tidous. You may wish to use a third party
system such as MenuWeaver

My recommendation is to use DHTML Menu Builder. I've recommended this
product to many people, and many of them have written me back letting me
know how happy they are. You can download a trial version from their Web
site (link on my Web site.)
