Adding music to power point presentation

You should be able to use Itunes to save the file from your Ipod to your PC
and then add it to your presentation. Check the Ituens help file.

BTW, I had someone tell me once that you could click and drag a song
directly from Itunes to a PowerPoint slide, but I never got around to trying
it...

I've never been able to save a file from my iPod onto my PC but you can easily
convert a file from iTunes to mp3 and then copy that to use in your powerpoint
presentation.
