Adding Notes to Reports

I'd like to add some notes to the bottom of a report (explaining the
abbreviations that I've used). I tried adding notes to the Left Hand Footer,
however, only three lines are allowed. What other options do I have for
doing this?

There are a couple of options.

1. Although it won't appear at the bottom, you can use the Notes field
to explain the abbreviations. Then go to File/Page Setup/View tab.
Select the option to Print Notes. They will appear to the right of the
Gantt Chart information.

2. A second option with more flexibiilty but a little more ambitious to
implement is to export the data to another application (e.g. Word,
PowerPoint, etc.) where you have more options for page layout.
